New Year’s Resolutions Heading Into Q4

I'm doing the 100 Day Rosary Challenge

With about 80 days left in 2026, Don Kowalewski grades his New Year’s resolutions heading into Q4 — the wins, the zeroes, and the new habits he’s adding. From rehabbing his knee daily and going ‘Sugar Free Don’ to journaling, reading, power weekends, and the 100-Day Rosary Challenge, it’s a brutally honest scorecard of a year in progress, plus new Q4 additions from restarting Homework for Life to chasing 155 pounds.

Project 47, Part 4: Making Good Use of My Time

In an attempt to make my day as efficient as possible, I’m starting to run the stopwatch on everything I do. Shave, 3.5 minutes Shower, 4 minutes Write This Blog Entry, 6 minutes Journal, 5 Minutes 47 Push-Ups, 2.5 Minutes (hoping this gets better)… Continue Reading “Project 47, Part 4: Making Good Use of My Time”
