Self-Improvement Stuff, Part 4: #RESOLUTIONADAY 2021, Day-2

Oh, boy! The #ResolutionADay® army is really picking up steam. There’s me …Robin M. … and Chris W.

Think about that. I want this to become an online trend, the basis of my “coaching” side-hustle, and eventually a book. If I get 3 new people every day for the 328 days remaining in 2021, I’ll have 984 devoted members of the #ResolutionADay® Army …or Club …or Movement …or the #ResolutionADay® Gang. I think I like “gang.”

The point? This is about starting something. It’s about starting many things. It’s about taking small, daily steps to massive self-improvement. #ResolutionADay is about the “power of now” and taking immediate action.

Right now. Today. And every day.

Q: Someone asked, “does this mean I have to add something every day so that at the end of the year I have 365 things I’m trying to get done in a day?”

A: No. Read below.

You’ll see in my #ResolutionADay® template below, your daily item can be anything. Maybe it’ll be something as simple as “touch my toes and stretch for 2-minutes before bed” (something health experts say is great for you). Your #ResolutionADay for today could be “go through one closet in my house on the 10th of each month” and market that on a calendar and don’t miss it. Lucky you if you have more than 12 closets in your house. Most of us have about 12 closets. In a year, you’ll have completely organized 12 closets, gotten rid of and donated a bunch of stuff, or “found” items and started using those things you forgot you even had.

Here’s the template (leave a Comment if it does NOT work and allow you to Make a Copy for yourself in your own Google Sheets collection).

Good luck. Share, share, share with #ResolutionADay and help me spread the word. It would be great if 984 people (see my math above) all improved their lives in hundreds of ways this year, but imagine how much better the world would be if thousands of people improved their lives in hundreds of ways. Um. That would be…  I think …sorry, too much math for me.  Let’s just say “a lot.”

It’s Day2 for me, Robin, and Chris. If it’s your Day1 …go forth and resolve. You can do this. It’s one thing each day.

Thanks for reading and joining the Gang. Here’s my Day1 and Day2.

  • #ResolutionADay®, Day 2: Read for a Min. of 15-minutes each day. (2/6/2021)
  • #ResolutionADay®, Day1:  Spend 15-minutes #Blogging each day. (2/5/2021)
