Stuff I Want, New and Improved for 2024

They say it’s better to give than to receive. I agree. So I make it easy for people to give me things. Too many people say things like, “I have everything I need,” or, “if I want something I’ll just buy it.” Last I checked, this is America. We’re a capitalist society. Almost 10% of our Gross Domestic Product is based on retail sales. Every company that makes a thing needs people to buy their thing.

This is like a public service, if you think about it.

In 2024, I’m taking my “Stuff I Want” list to another level and hoping to cash-in on that sweet, sweet Influencer money.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This Blog entry you’re reading right now is not my “Stuff I Want” page. A couple years ago someone (name withheld to save her embarrassment) thought my Blog entry about my “Stuff I Want” page was my complete list and this person (who, again, I will not name) would’ve gotten me another gift but said “it wasn’t on your list” and I could have an iPad this very day if my Blog and “Stuff I Want” page were more clearly defined.

Here’s some *NEW* enhancements to my “Stuff I Want” page:

• More pictures of all the stuff I want
• Rankings – the list is in now in ranked order from the thing-I-want-most to the thing-I-want-the-least. I feel this will help the really generous people or the groups that want to go in together on a group gift.
• Links to Product Reviews (by me) and Product Rationale (why I want the thing I want)
• My new signature brands

I’ll use my Blog (what you’re reading now) to announce new editions to my “Stuff I Want” page.

And you might ask yourself, why would you, or anyone, have any interest in stuff I want? Simple. Because I’ve done the homework. I’ve thought about, and researched, and determined the best products out there, and I know what a regular-guy like myself should want.
